We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Master Pitching Machine!

Return Window: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for most items.

Return Process:

• Contact us at orders@masterpitch to initiate a return
• Ship returns to: [your return address]
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time to receive your refund depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-built or made-to-order pitching machines
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at orders@masterpitch.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
